Ms. Fenno participates in the Firm's Appellate Practice. In her 30 years of experience, Ms. Fenno has specialized in Appellate Practice for over 20 years. She has briefed and argued appeals on issues ranging from Products Liability, Contract and Commercial Disputes, Insurance Law, Contractual Indemnification, New York Labor Law and Workers Compensation Law, General Negligence Principles, Toxic Tort, and Federal Statutes including the Graves Amendment. She handles appeals in every Appellate Department in New York State, the New York State Court of Appeals, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, as well in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division and Supreme Court. Ms. Fenno is a seasoned litigator who brings a wealth of experience to her appellate practice. She continues to handle such large litigation matters as multi-party litigation arising from a natural gas explosion, and personal injury and property damage litigation in which multiple layers of insurance coverage and personal assets are at stake.

Castillo v Amjack Leasing Corp., 84 A.D.3d 1298 (2d Dept. 2011) (Plaintiff's motion for leave to appeal to the New York Court of Appeals recently denied in this appeal involving the federal Graves Amendment); Matter of Moreno v Licea, 74 A.D.3d 1674 (3rd Dept. 2010); Matter of Perez v Licea, 74 A.D.3d 1672 (3rd Dept. 2010); (Successful appeal to the Appellate Division, Third Department, arguing Plaintiff's were "Special employees" of the building owner under the New York Workers Compensation Law, and, therefore, could not bring an action); Hendrickson v Dynamic Med. Imaging, P.C , 78 A.D.3d 999 (2d Dept.2010) (Labor Law appeal following a trial of the action in which Plaintiff's action was dismissed against defendant); Morgan v Candia, 69 A.D.3d 500 (1st Dept. 2010); Simonetta v.
