Mr. Calandriello joined our firm as an associate following his outstanding academic performance as the top-ranked student in Touro University's Accelerated Honors Program. Inspired by his brother's transition from a thriving small business owner to a law school graduate, Mr. Calandriello made the resolute decision to pursue his own passion for the legal field. Confidentially departing from his career in hospital finance, he embarked on the path to fulfill his lifelong dream of becoming an attorney. During his tenure in law school, Mr. Calandriello achieved noteworthy distinctions. He was granted admission into the esteemed Pro Bono Scholars Program, assuming the role of a senior staff member for Touro's Law Review. Additionally, he assumed the position of Co-Director of the Legal Education Access Program, where he imparted his knowledge of Criminal Law to incoming law students. As a Pro Bono Scholar, he rendered invaluable legal assistance to underprivileged individuals, including the elderly, veterans, and families residing in Westchester County who lacked the financial means to secure legal representation. Presently, Mr. Calandriello's legal practice revolves around general liability claims and insurance coverage litigation, with a principal focus on NYS Labor Law and construction accident claims. He currently resides in Westchester County with his wife, Gloria, and their three young daughters, whom he credits as the pillars of his support and the driving force behind his success as an attorney. In his leisure time, he spends quality time with his family, enjoys football Sundays, relishes motorcycle rides, and pursues his passion for the sport of boxing.
