Nicole Salerno handles all aspects of premises liability, labor law, automobile liability, and workers’ compensation cases. In a previous position, Nicole handled estate planning and trusts and estates litigation. During law school, Nicole was a member of the Pace Investor Rights Clinic, where she represented clients of modest means in FINRA securities arbitration. Under faculty supervision, she performed financial document reviews, researched and developed legal theories based on consumer protection and securities law violations, and drafted settlement proposals regarding security customer disputes. In addition, Nicole was selected to attend the Alliance of Securities and Financial Educators (ASAFE) Seminar Series through the New York City Bar Association, which covered finance and securities law as well as compliance, investment management, consumer protection and enforcement. Nicole interned for the Honorable Virginia A. Long, Senior Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
